Assumption of Risk:
I am aware that attending the BSO Event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to accidents, injuries, and exposure to contagious illnesses or diseases. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my family's attendance at the event, including any minors or elderly individuals for whom I am responsible.

Health and Safety:
I confirm that all members of my family attending the BSO Event are physically fit and in good health to participate. I agree to ensure that they follow all health and safety guidelines or protocols provided by the Event Organizer or the venue hosting the event, including any instructions regarding the consumption of food.

Compliance with Applicable Laws and Regulations:
I agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines during our attendance at the BSO Event. This includes but is not limited to local, state, and federal laws, as well as any specific rules or policies set forth by the Event Organizer.
Release of Liability:
I release BSO, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, and affiliates from any liability for personal injury, property damage, or any other claims arising from our attendance at the BSO Event, including any issues related to food allergies or dietary restrictions.

Photography and Media:
I grant the Event Organizer the right to use photographs or recordings of my family members captured during the BSO Event for promotional purposes, both online and offline.

Code of Conduct:
I agree to ensure that all members of my family attending the BSO Event abide by the event's code of conduct and treat all attendees, organizers, and venue staff with courtesy and respect.

Food Allergies and Dietary Restrictions:
I acknowledge that the BSO Event may involve the provision of food and beverages. I understand that it is my responsibility to consume food as per any food allergies or dietary restrictions that any member of my family may have. I agree that the Event Organizer will not be held liable for any allergic reactions or adverse effects resulting from the consumption of food provided at the event.
